Here is a link to an article to a vitory for freedom of religion.

The fact that the Atheist group was able to delay the payments for so long is in and of itself distrubring. While an exclusion of Church's might be a permissible plan, this should be done through legislative policy development and not through the courts.
The very notion that a church that has already started to participate in a process can be denied promised reimbusement is VERY scary. The down right hate that the groups that brought this suit harbor against religion is also very scary.
This is most evident when we notice this is an Episcopal Church. If any Church shoul escape the attack of secularists, it should be the throughly secular and pro-homosexual-agenda Episcopal Church. However, not even that Church can live beyond the attack of the athiests.
Although Muslims often escape Athiest attacks, there are atheist groups trying to deney funding to a charter school in Minnesota because it supposedly supports Islam. Of course Minnesota is the state where people brought a suit against a school that had been set up with no technology claiming it was a violation of the seperation of Church and state because in this matter the school conformed to Amish belief, although the school in no way tried to teach the principals of the Amish religion.
There are some radical athiests who wish to use schools to proactively try to destroy religion.
