Some claim that the statements of a biased media are because we are so conservative. Well, then two questions. First, why has the sex-scandal of a Duke Administrator not garnered the attention that the accusations against Lacrosse players did?
Here is the story http://newsbusters.org/blogs/zoe-ortiz/2009/06/29/gay-duke-u-official-attempts-sell-black-5-year-old-son-sex-msm-out-lunch
The fishy things are extremeley fishy. First, the failure of the AP to state that the administrator in question is a homosexual is odd because of their general support of idenity politics. Along the same lines, the failure to mention the adopted child is black really cuts to the heart of things. This will be about the first time race is not brought up in such a case.
While this is a truly disturbing case, it needs to be sounded. All the more so because currently people are being told that such cases don't exist.
The long standing claim of the pro-homosexual lobby is that most child molestors are heterosexual men. Besides the fact that this is a disputable fact since a very high percentage of child molestation is done by people of the same gender, the question is not the percentage of child molestors who are homosexual but the percentage of homosexuals that are child molestors. However, at core there are competing definitions of terms being thrown around, with one group using terms to describe alleged psycho-cultural status and another using terms to describe actions.
It is this disconnect that leads to the vilification of the Boy Scouts by the left. The terms and conditions the boy scouts use are not given in terms leftists understand, which causes them to make false conclusions and accusations of hate based on false assumptions.
